At Prizefirst, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Refunds
✅ Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
🔹 How to Request a Refund:
Email us at service@Prizefirst.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
⚠️ Note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
🔄 We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability.
🔹 How to Request an Exchange:
Contact us at service@Prizefirst.com within 14 days of delivery.
Specify the desired replacement (size/color).
Once confirmed, return the original item following our instructions.
We’ll ship your new item once the return is received.
⚠️ Note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective/damaged.
Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Products
❗ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@Prizefirst.com with:
Your order number
Photos/videos of the issue

We’ll arrange a free return or replacement (including prepaid shipping if needed).
Alternatively, you may request a full refund.
